As veggies are not good in taste as compared to other foods like fast foods, their favorite dish, etc. Basically, this problem starts from an early age. Women give fast foods and other foods to their babies. Therefore their babies develop taste buds for fast foods and other foods. But when these babies were asked to eat veggies then they deny it because their taste buds are not best for veggies. Therefore they deny eating veggies. They dislike eating them.
All Vegetables are not bad veg. There are many vegetables that are good to eat and many people eat that vegetables as their favorite food. Like every veggie has a dark side therefore there is some bad veg. These vegetables are not liked by people and they hate them to eat.

Although vegetables have the maximum amount of nutrients like, vitamins, minerals, etc still some people don’t like them. We can prevent sinful nutrition by consuming multiple fruits and foods. Never rely on only one food, Try to eat multiple foods. You have to change your foods on daily basis otherwise you may dislike a specific food. It’s not your fault, it is a human psyche. Humans can’t eat only one or two foods for a long time.
