What’s blood pressure?

  2. Normal blood pressure
  3. High blood pressure – Hypertension

The blood pressure can be maintained by daily exercise and with the help of your diet. Normally the blood pressure is in the best range at the age of a teen and it goes on the increase with respect to the age. Normal blood pressure can be defined as Blood pressure below 120/80 mmHg. No matter what’s your age. This blood pressure is called normal blood pressure.

What’s Low blood pressure- Hypotension:

Sometimes BP becomes low due to a number of reasons. The hypotension is defined as: When the BP is below the 90/60 mmHg is called low blood pressure or Hypotension. It occurs when the pressure exerted by the BP on the walls of blood vessels ( arty) becomes very low.

Low BP sometimes becomes dangerous and life-threatening.

What’s High Blood Pressure – Hypertension:

At old age, blood pressure may increase. There is a large number of factors that cause high blood pressure. High Blood pressure is defined as When the pressure exerted by the Blood on the walls of the vessels ( arteries) becomes 140/90 mm Hg this point is called High Blood pressure or Hypertension.
